CLEAR SOCIAL — CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Last Updated: May 1, 2026

Developer: Global Computers and Networks
App: Clear Social
Package: com.clearsocial.fortmindz

PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This document constitutes Clear Social’s published Child Safety
Standards in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards
Policy. It applies to all users of the Clear Social application and
platform.

Clear Social is committed to keeping our platform safe for all users
and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse
and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

Clear Social explicitly prohibits any content, conduct, or use of our
platform that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse and
exploitation, including but not limited to:

– Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images,
videos, illustrations, animations, computer-generated imagery, or
text-based depictions of minors in sexual or sexually suggestive
contexts
– Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child, including but not
limited to groping or caressing
– Child grooming, including befriending a child online to facilitate
sexual contact or the exchange of sexual imagery, whether online or
offline
– Sexualization of a minor, including imagery or content that depicts,
encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children, or the
portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual
exploitation of children
– Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child by using
real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images
– Child trafficking, including advertising or solicitation of a child
for commercial sexual exploitation
– The exchange, distribution, sale, or trade of CSAM
– Sharing personal contact information of minors with the intent to
exploit
– Any other conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of
children

Violation of these standards results in immediate removal of content,
permanent termination of the offending account, and reporting to
applicable authorities including the National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. IN-APP MECHANISM FOR USER FEEDBACK AND REPORTS

Clear Social provides users with in-app mechanisms to submit feedback,
concerns, and reports regarding content or conduct that may violate
these standards. Specifically:

– Users can report any user-generated content directly within the app,
including videos, posts, comments, profile content, and direct
messages
– Users can report user accounts for violations of these standards or
our broader community guidelines
– Users can submit general feedback and concerns through the app’s
support and feedback channels

All reports submitted through these mechanisms are reviewed by Clear
Social’s moderation team. Reports concerning child safety are
prioritized for immediate review.

3. METHOD FOR ADDRESSING CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, Clear Social
takes the following actions:

– Identified CSAM is removed immediately upon detection or report
– Suspected CSAM and the associated user account information are
reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
(NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/, in
compliance with U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
– Accounts that upload, share, or distribute CSAM are permanently
banned from the platform
– We cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child
safety to the extent required and permitted by applicable law
– We retain records of removed content and account terminations as
required by applicable law and law enforcement requests

These actions are taken in accordance with our published standards
and applicable laws and regulations.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILD SAFETY LAWS AND REGULATIONS

Clear Social complies with applicable child safety laws and
regulations, including but not limited to:

– The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), restricting
the collection of personal information from children under 13
– 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, governing mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC
– The PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008
– Applicable state laws governing online child safety
– Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy and Child Endangerment
policies
– Apple App Store guidelines regarding objectionable content
– International child protection laws and regulations as applicable
to users in jurisdictions where Clear Social operates

Clear Social maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to
other relevant regional authorities as required by applicable law.

Clear Social does not knowingly permit users under 13 years of age
to create accounts. Where users are identified as under 13, their
accounts are removed in accordance with COPPA.

5. CHILD SAFETY POINT OF CONTACT

Clear Social has designated a child safety point of contact to receive
notifications from Google Play about CSAE content found in our app or
on our platform. This representative is positioned to speak to our
enforcement and review procedures and to take action as required.

Designated Child Safety Point of Contact:

Name: Aaron Estrada
Title: Project Manager, Clear Social
Email: aaron.estrada@go2gcn.com

This contact is monitored on an ongoing basis. Reports submitted to
this contact are reviewed and acted upon promptly.

For emergencies involving immediate risk to a child, please contact
local law enforcement directly and report through the NCMEC
CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND REVIEW PROCEDURES

Clear Social’s enforcement and review procedures for child safety
matters include:

– Automated detection systems that scan uploaded content for known
CSAM signatures
– Human moderation review of reported content
– Escalation paths for child safety reports prioritized over standard
content moderation queues
– Permanent account termination for confirmed CSAE/CSAM violations
– Mandatory reporting of identified CSAM to NCMEC via the CyberTipline
– Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

These procedures are reviewed and updated as needed to remain
effective and compliant with applicable laws and platform standards.

7. ONGOING COMMITMENT

Clear Social treats child safety as a foundational requirement of our
platform. We continuously review and improve our practices, moderation
systems, and reporting mechanisms. We engage with industry best
practices and child safety organizations to ensure our standards
remain effective.
